Established in 1956 Precision Instruments Private Limited is a
professionally managed company operating out of India having its corporate
office in Roorkee about 200Kms north from Delhi, manufacturing and exporting
brass antique products like binoculars, porthole mirrors, desk bells, floor
accessories, floor and table lamp stand, music stand, table accessories, table
clocks, table magnifiers, wall accessories etc.
Our vendor base in wide
spread. Skilled artisans work under our supervision in different states of
India. We have our facilities at Moradabad, Nagina, Khurja, Jaipur, Jodhpur,
Delhi, Agra, Firozabad & Ambala.

Antique table clocks in brass, metal, wood, traditional & vintage
clocks brass, metal, wood with young town quartz battery operated movement,
table top telescopes in brass/wood, antique brass compasses, nautical, survey
instruments, other miscellaneous items such as hand and desk bells, hand and
stand magnifiers, divers helmet, fire helmets, bookends, traditional &
vintage cars, aero planes, army bugles, antique scales in brass metal,
ancillary, oil lamps, sand timers in brass, aluminium etc.
Wall Accessories:
Antique station clocks in brass, antique metal clocks, antique wall

Finish:
We provide different finishes to brass such as antique, dark antique, black
oxidized, shiny brass, nickel, silver antique pewter, patina green / red etc.
The wooden part on the clocks is also finished & polished according to the
same to suit on the brass finish such as mahogany, black, dark brown
etc. Quality:
Utmost care is taken on quality of the product and consignment deliveries so
as to give the buyer the value for his money and satisfaction to his clientele.
The reproduction clocks and nautical items are manufactured with high degree of
precision. The material used for making antique clocks and nautical instruments
is brass, aluminium, steel, wood, Glass etc. For this, first some sample pieces
are developed according to the buyer’s instructions and approval and then the
manufacturing process starts according to the same sample. In between a thorough
internal quality inspection is carried out on regular intervals to locate any
discrepancy in manufacturing. After the production all the items are lined up
for finishing and polishing as per the buyers instructions. After this process,
a final quality check is done again on every single item for any breakage or
rejection.
Packaging And Container Stuffing
We provide high standard packing for our reproduction clocks and for other
products so as to eliminate the chance of breakage and give the buyers an extra
edge and saving on that. For this we pack the fragile items in suitable packing.
General items are first wrapped in brown paper and corrugated or a thick bubble
sheet and a set of items is put into small carton which goes into the Master
Carton. Further we appoint our company representative at the time of container
stuffing at the container depot ( in case of LCL)to avoid any negligence on part
of the loading staff and to enhance safety.
Customization of Items
We can customize the items ordered in bulk quantities and can also provide
with badges with write-ups & pictures as these increase the value of the
items manifold. The name of company or person or any other text can be provided
as per buyers request on the dials of the clocks and on the body of nautical
instruments on bulk orders. Further the badges can be put up on the wooden boxes
used for nautical survey instruments or other nautical gifts. | |
